How Countries Measure Up and Create Human Workplaces
Even as organizations communicate a consistent set of company values, how does the employee experience change according to where your employee sits? Further, do employees in different countries value certain human workplace practices over others?
IBM’s Smarter Workforce Institute and Globoforce’s WorkHuman Research Institute delve further into these questions in this new report, based on data gathered from more than 23,000 employees in 45 countries. The findings show that the employee experience varies greatly across countries and regions. The report also outlines the relative importance of the six human workplace practices by countries in North America, the Middle East and Africa, South America, Asia Pacific, and Europe.
