The WorkHuman movement has grown tremendously since the inaugural conference back in 2015. We’ve learned so much from our speakers along the way – from Tim Leberecht’s thoughts on what it means to humanize work, to Dr. Robert Emmons’ research on gratitude, and Steve Pemberton’s wise words on the dangers of herd thinking.
As we continue to deepen our understanding of what it means to work human, we are excited to announce WorkHuman Radio, a podcast that features the latest research and interviews on bringing more humanity, social connection, and positivity to the employee experience.
The first episode, which is embedded at the top of this post and featured on iTunes, delves into the first part of our interview with WorkHuman 2017 keynote speaker and best-selling author Susan Cain. I’d like to give a special thanks to my colleague Mike Wood for all his work co-hosting and cutting the audio!
We know how busy our readers are – and how convenient podcasts are for multitasking! So now you can learn about making work more human while commuting to work, cooking dinner, or working out at the gym. And stay tuned for upcoming episodes of WorkHuman Radio, where we’ll feature exclusive interviews with speakers and conversations with your favorite HR influencers.
Let us know what you think about the first episode in the comments!
