Are you a total rewards or compensation and benefits professional traveling to WorldatWork’s annual conference & exhibition in Orlando next week? The Workhuman team (including me!) will be in the exhibit hall and hosting a session, so there will be lots of ways to connect with us. As you’re packing your bags and setting up your schedule for the week, take a gander at what we have planned.

  1. Attend our Tuesday session. On May 7 Workhuman will host a customer panel titled, “Blowing Up Your Total Rewards Bonus Budget: Identifying What Really Drives Performance and ROI.” Led by Jennifer Reimert, VP, solutions consulting at Workhuman, practitioners from Merck, Cardinal Health, Corning, and Autodesk will share how they each built more purpose and meaning into their total rewards strategies. If you want to move beyond traditional compensation and benefits, this session is for you. And for a sneak preview of Merck’s story in particular, check out this recent post about their recognition journey.
  2. Say “hello” at our booth. You may have noticed we recently changed our company name. Swing by our new booth and take WorkhumanÒ Cloud for a spin at our demo station. It’s much more than recognition and even performance management. Our suite of human applications is shaping the future of work by helping organizations like yours connect culture to shared purpose. As a bonus, you’ll be entered to win a conference pass to Workhuman Live 2020, so I’d say that’s a win-win.
  3. Follow us on social. As in years past, my colleague Mike Wood and I will be attending sessions and live tweeting key highlights from #TotalRewards19 on social. The best place to find that content is our main Workhuman Twitter page. If you missed a session or you’re not attending the conference, keep an eye out for my wrap-up blog post on Thursday. We are your eyes and ears for all the latest and greatest in the world of compensation and benefits!

Let us know which sessions you’re looking forward to attending in the comments below. We hope to connect with you there – or on social with the hashtag #TotalRewards19!
