Everyone appreciates recognition when they work hard. According to our Globoforce Workforce Mood Tracker Report, the most impactful recognition is specific, authentic, and comes with a reward that is proportionate and fair. While some employers use eThanks, our research shows eThanks are not as fulfilling as rewards and can even be a let down to employees.
